Abstract

Employee leadership is someone who is influential to be a role model and example for many employees who have positions below him, a company will definitely choose to increase employees to become employee leaders as a form of appreciation to employees who have quality and good work performance for their loyalty to their work towards a company and the importance of conducting employee leadership elections to motivate and fill vacancies caused by several factors, both internal and external factors. The owner of the company strives to avoid gaps in the rights of employees so that the owner of the employee must conduct an employee leadership election by utilizing the existence of technology in making a decision. In this study, the selection of employee leadership was carried out using a decision support system with the help of the ROC-SAW method so as to get the results of the candidate or alternative A4 which became the main choice for employee leadership with a value of 85%.

Abstract

Granulated sugar is one of the production products in the agricultural sector and is an important staple in Indonesia. The basic needs of the Indonesian people, one of which is sugar, are a significant factor in increasing state revenues from the export side. However, the national demand for sugar continues to increase along with the increase in Indonesia's population. This has become a national problem in meeting the sugar needs of the Indonesian people. This study aims to analyze descriptively the sugar needs of the Indonesian people through researchers in the distribution channel of sugar in Indonesia. The data collection process used questionnaires and interviews to support descriptive analysis of supply chain management methods. The results showed that 70% of Indonesian people need sugar in their life. Recommendations from this study indicate that it is better to postpone the sugar export policy considering that the demand for sugar in Indonesia is very high.

Abstract

Over the past few years, many algorithms for traffic flow predictions have been proposed to predict traffic flow. Time series models and neural network models have been widely implemented to predict traffic flow and traffic congestion based on traffic data, vehicle speed, weather, accidents, and special days. However, most of previous studies are used to predict traffic flow, not applied to predict the propagation of traffic flow. Traffic flow propagation is an interesting study. Using this finding the driver can avoid neighboring roads affected by road congestion. We propose the correlation method to find the relationship between the road. To evaluate the relationship between the road, we display the correlation results in the map. The visualization show that the correlation of traffic when congestion occurs shows better in showing the relationship between the road than the correlation at all times

Abstract

As one of the private universities, STMIK Muhammadiyah Jakarta provides electronic-based services to students and alumni using website with the domain address https://pddikti.kemdikbud.go.id. website aims as a means to convey graduation data validation information to alumni in particular by utilizing information technology. The low level of use of the website by alumni in knowing the status of graduation is the background of the need for usability to determine the level of truth of the data and user satisfaction with the website. This study aims to measure the extent to which the website is used by users to achieve its goals. In this study, the test must be carried out using the Net Promoter Score method. So that the results of the NPS calculation will be converted into a percentage that provides information on the extent of loyalty to students in using the Forlap Dikti page to validate alumni data in the STMIK Muhammadiyah Jakarta campus. Then the results obtained from calculations using NPS are: %Promotore - % Dectractor = 53% - 13% = 40. In determining the NPS value is not calculated based on percentages, because NPS calculations are not percentage calculations but integer numbers (consisting of whole numbers) and not contains a fraction or a decimal value

Abstract

Meat is one of the food ingredients needed by humans. The price of pork is cheaper than beef, which has led to the practice of mixing beef with pork for the purpose of making big profits. In plain view, the difference between beef and pork is not striking, so it is difficult for ordinary people to distinguish between them. In terms of color, pork is paler than beef. In terms of texture, beef is stiffer and tougher than pork. In terms of fiber, beef is clearer than pork, so we need a system that can identify the two types of meat. This study uses the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm with the ResNet-50 architecture with 3 types of optimizers such as Stochastic Gradient Descent (SGD), Adam, and RMSprop. The dataset used for training first goes through 2 stages of preprocessing, namely cropping and resizing. The results of the study show that the SGD optimizer can outperform the Adam and RMSprop optimizers with 97.83% accuracy, 97% precision, 97% recall, and 97% f1 score with batch size 32, learning rate 0.01, and epoch 50.

Abstract

UMKM BRItama in Batudulang Village is a small and medium micro enterprise that is engaged in the creative economy by marketing the products of Batudulang Village. UMKM BRItama in Batudulang Village in the process of product marketing  applies the conventional transaction because there is no special media that is used as a marketing solution. Based on this, we need an online media in the form of a website that can be accessed by all internet users without space and time limits. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a software development methodology using Waterfall. The system design process with a structured approach and the construction stage using the Codeigniter framework. Before being implemented, this application will be tested by two parties, namely the first from the researcher as a developer and a competent party in software engineering to find out that the functions made are already running according to the specified specifications. The two tests were carried out by BRItama UMKM managers and several customers to ensure that the applications made were in accordance with their needs. To ensure the suitability of the user's needs of the application made testing using the black-box testing method. Of all the testing processes, 99% stated that the functions were running according to specifications and applications that had been made according to needs. UMKM BRItama Batudulang Village has become an application as a medium in product marketing without boundaries of space and time and helps expand the scope of product marketing

Abstract

In this modern era, transportation is one of the most important means of transportation in daily activities, especially in urban areas. This study focuses on analyzing the level of satisfaction of GoFood users or consumers, especially those who use GoFood services at STMIK BI Balikpapan. The results of the PIECES analysis are in the form of documents that become recommendations for improvements to be made to the system and then developed to improve the existing system. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method which aims to describe, summarize, various conditions, various situations and various variables that arise in the community which are the object of research based on the perceptions of respondents who use Go-food services to STMIK BI Balikpapan students. Based on the results of the calculation of the list of statements that have been distributed to respondents who are Go-food service users with a variable with an average value of 4.06 which is included in the satisfied category. The implementation of the information system currently used by STMIK BI Balikpapan students based on the PIECES framework has been going well. So the results of the calculation of the level of satisfaction of Go-food service users are at an average value of 4.06, where in the range of scores can be categorized as satisfied with Go-food service users as a medium for sharing information

Abstract

Instagram is one of the most popular social media applications in Indonesia and in the world and almost all people access it. The word Instagram is a combination of Insta (instant) and telegram. Insta refers to a polaroid camera that can produce photos instantly. Through Instagram we can upload photos and videos, and publish them. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors of the technology acceptance model related to the use of Instagram at STMIK Borneo International Balikpapan. The problems that exist in this study are the ease of using the system, the use of the system, and the attitude it causes. This type of research is a case study. The subjects in this study were active students at STMIK Borneo Internasional class 2018-2020 who had been actively using Instagram for the last 5 months. The technique used for data collection in this research is a survey method, and by using a questionnaire. The software used by researchers to analyze the research data is IBM SPSS 25. From the research results, users feel that it is easy to use Instagram social media, and users feel the benefits of Instagram social media. From the convenience and also the benefits felt by users, the interest in using Instagram social media also produces a very good response. Based on data analysis, Perceived usefulness (POU) has a positive and significant effect on behavior intention (BEU) using Instagram. The t-statistic value is 5.040 > 2.032 with a stg value of 0.000 < 0.05. Perceived ease of use (PEU) has a positive and significant effect on behavior intention (BEU) using Instagram. The t-statistic value is 3.903 > 2.032 with a stg value of 0.000 < 0.05. In other words, the ease and benefits obtained are one of the factors in increasing interest in using Instagram social media.

Abstract

The progress of the times, many business entrepreneurs are starting to open up opportunities in the service sector. The company also takes advantage of advances in information technology to provide convenience for customers. There are startups in the service sector, for example Gojek. The startup also provides a feature for food delivery services, namely Gofood, which is available on Gojek. This study aims to determine the factors that influence customer satisfaction with the Go-jek application for Go-food services. The model used to explain user satisfaction with the implementation of Go-food services is the PIECES method (performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, service). This study uses descriptive quantitative data, Likert scale, performance, information, economy, control and service, efficiency, and service. As a system analysis tool, PIECES pays special attention to detailed and comprehensive systems, identifies system strengths and weaknesses, and uses them as a reference for further enterprise development. The average result of the satisfaction of gofood service users has reached a value of 4.4. This means that users are SATISFIED with gofood services.

Abstract

The Simpel Pol application is a health test service application for submitting a Driving License (SIM). The Purbalingga Police Clinic has implemented the use of the Simpel Pol application for the Purbalingga Regency area since April 2021. After searching in the Google Playstore review column, the Simple Pol application has several problems such as less accurate on hearing tests, applications that run slowly, and difficulty signing in. Based on these problems, this study aims to analyze the quality of the Simple Pol application using the McCall method. Product operation is used as the main perspective in this study with the metrics of completeness, consistency, traceability, error tolerance, accuracy, simplicity, execution efficiency, access control, operability, training, and communicativeness. The subject of this study is a driver's license applicant in the Purbalingga Regency who performs a medical test through the Simpel Pol application. The number of respondents was determined by the Slovin formula and data was collected using a questionnaire. The results of this study will determine the quality of the Simpel Pol application which is categorized as very good, good, good enough, not good, or very bad
